Terms & Refund Policy

Custom Orders

All items sold by Elle's Baked Treats are made-to-order. Each treat is freshly baked and prepared specifically for your order after you confirm and pay. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been received.

Order Confirmation

Your order is not confirmed until:

• You receive written confirmation (email or text) from Elle's Baked Treats
• Payment has been received in full (or a deposit has been accepted, as communicated)

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion before confirmation.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at Orders@ellesbakedtreats.com.

• More than 48 hours before your pickup date: We may issue a store credit at our discretion, depending on how far along the order has been prepared.
• Less than 48 hours before pickup: No refund or credit will be issued. Ingredients have been purchased and preparation has begun.
• No-shows: If you do not pick up your order within the agreed window without prior notice, the order will be forfeited with no refund.

Quality Guarantee

We take great pride in every item we make. If there is a genuine quality issue with your order (e.g., wrong item received, item damaged in a way not caused by handling after pickup), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with a photo.

In verified cases of our error, we will offer a replacement item or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds for quality disputes.

Allergens & Dietary Information

Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee any item is free from allergen cross-contact. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Customers with severe allergies place orders at their own discretion.

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergen concerns when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup times are arranged at the time of order. If you are late for your scheduled pickup, please contact us. We will hold your order for up to 2 hours past the agreed time. After that, the order may be released with no refund or replacement.

If delivery is offered and arranged, the customer assumes risk of damage after the item leaves our hands. We are not responsible for damage resulting from handling, transportation, or weather after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Elle's Baked Treats' maximum liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
